SNIPER’S HIDE 100 YARD SCOPE TRACKING TARGET

The Sniper’s Hide 100 Yard Scope Tracking Target has two tracking targets per sheet. This target is mainly used for Milliradian rifle scopes, known as MIL scopes.

Place this target at exactly 100 yards, and level the top of the target. When using this target, you can track up to 10 MILS high or 36 inches. Also, along each center tracking line, you have the option to dial 1 MIL left or 1 MIL right.

When shooting long range, you need to have an accurate rifle scope. It is important to check your scope’s ability to track up, down, left and right. For the duration of this tracking exercise, your crosshairs will always remain at the center of the bottom box on the vertical tracking line. If you wish, you can fire a shot at this first box. Next, dial up 1 MIL, and fire a shot. You can repeat this exercise up to 10 MILS and back down again. Be sure to complete this exercise at least three times in order to get a good shot grouping at each MIL marker. If you have a consistent error in your scope tracking, you will have to adjust your turret values in your ballistic program.
